Bell Peppers do best when starting as seeds, they also love the southwestern sun. But will do just as good if bought in a small container. They love at least 6-8 hrs. of full sun. Fertilize with a good 4-12-4 fertilizer. Space container peppers about 20" apart. They will need about 1-2 inches of water per week.
