Red Tip Yucca for rock gardens

The Red Tip Yucca(Hesperaloe parvifolia) is a great looking rock garden type of plant. Beautiful red tip blooms during the spring and summer season. It is very drought tolerant and their is virtually no maintenance. It will get about 6-7ft. tall and about 4-5ft. wide. Feed with a general purpose fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. We recommend Peters All Purpose Plant Food

Scientific Name: Fouqueiria splendens
Full Sun - USDA zone 8 & 7a - 7b
Desert Landscape Tree or Shrub. The Ocotillo can used as a tree or shrub. Beautiful bright orange spring blooms. Green foilage in summer and grey in winter about 8-10ft tall.
