    Salvia Plants desert landscaping

Salvia plants do well in the desert Southwest. They like full sun and moist soil. Propagation is easy, just cut leaves and root in to soil. They go dormant in the winter, trim down to the ground during this time.

The plant will sprout new growth and will thrive during summer months. Salvias are low maintenance, tolerate dry soil. They attract hummingbirds and have aromatic foliage.

The are also good for Xeriscaping Landscape Design

Come by and visit us at Color Your World Nursey located in Las Cruces, NM. We will always carry these type of plants during the spring and summer seasons. Call today for availabilty: (575) 521-0496 or 540 N. Telshore.
